Earlier this past December, LEGO® CUUSOO announced that for their next project, they will be releasing the DeLorean Time Machine from the iconic Back to the Future franchise.
Designed by Masashi Togami, Founder of Team BTTF, the project received the minimum required 10,000 votes for LEGO to consider it as its next project. Details such as pricing and release date are to be announced.For super fans who grew up with the trilogy, their inner 12-year-olds are flipping out, for sure.
To add to the good news, Masashi and Team BTTF also said that their 1% royalties will be awarded to the Michael J. Fox Foundation, which works to do further research on Parkinson’s disease.
